We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Line Cook to join our team for weekend breakfast shifts, with the opportunity to fill in evening shifts as needed.

Position: Kitchen Line Cook
Location: Tavern 36, Mitchellville
Shifts Available: Saturdays and Sundays for breakfast, with potential to fill in evening shifts
Hours: 7am – 2pm Saturdays and Sundays, some evenings
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to menu specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations
• Assist with evening shifts as needed, including preparation and cooking for dinner service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in a breakfast-focused kitchen
• Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work weekend mornings and evenings as required
