This position will also be expected to lead projects (capital and non-capital) pertaining to ground control and mine support and will also serve as a dotted-line technical resource for District borescoping technicians in the nine-state Division. Responsibilities also include management and support of outside consultants or other third parties when needed. This leader must possess the ability to safely, quickly, and effectively manage multiple teams (both internal and contractor led) and projects throughout the division simultaneously, as well as effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, as well as MSHA.

This position will require some travel and overnights. With any travel required working over 50 miles from Earlham location, the employee will be paid mileage, $125 per-diem and drive time.
Overtime pay starts after 40 hours and this crew works 60 hours per week on average.
