During the assigned shift the Maintenance Technician performs all tasks associated with installing, adjusting and maintaining mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment in order to keep the operations running in a safe, efficient manner.

The Production Shift Supervisor directs the production team in the formulation, packaging and assembly of products on assigned line(s) to meet customer requirements, quality standards and maximize productivity.

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for processing and auditing data to ensure the accuracy of plant inventory transactions, including production, shipping, receiving and inventory adjustments for customer inventory.

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for m aintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. This position is also responsible for performing work in a safe, responsible manner by following all safety rules.

The Formulator performs various tasks associated with the formulation and movement of product, raw materials and other commodities. This position also operates formulation equipment in the production operation to maximize the output of the production line.

The Custodian performs general laundry duties to clean and properly store company-owned laundry. This position also dispenses of safety equipment and performs cleaning and sanitation duties. Our custodians are expected to perform in a safe and responsible manner.

The Crew Leader leads operational crews and performs various tasks associated with the formulation and movement of product, raw materials and other commodities.

The Master Planner/Buyer manages activities associated with establishing production schedules and ensures that actual production meets scheduled requirements. The employee’s primary duty must be the performance of office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of Helena or Helena’s customers.

The Area Manager organizes, plans and directs activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations. This position is responsible for directing the team on the line about their purpose, the value of their role, tasks and procedures in the processing and packaging of products in their assigned areas.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Technician utilizes lab equipment to test finished products and product components and ensures all details are within specified parameters.

The Bulk Materials Handler loads and unloads bulk materials transported to or within the plant production areas. This position is also responsible for verifying the proper identification of products and quantities and for performing this job in a safe and responsible manner.

The Forklift Operator will perform various tasks associated with the movement of product, raw materials and other commodities in the plant in a safe, responsible manner following all safety rules and procedures.

The Production Associate operates formulation and packaging equipment. This position also performs other production work assigned by the supervisor such as palletizing, bagging, labeling, etc. in the plant production operation under close supervision.
