• 5 years of experience in the automotive field (preferred)
• Someone who understands what flat rate pay is and the benefits of working a 40hr work week and potentially getting paid 50-60+ hrs from being efficient at their job
• Potential to make $60k-$100k a year
• Wage increases for production over 40hrs
• Technician should have their own tools, scan tools and other specialty tools are provided by us
• Work week is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break from 12-1
• No nights or weekends
• Paid holidays
• 1 week of vacation after a year of employment (2 weeks of vacation after 2 years)
• Timely pay raises with increased productivity and quality of work
