Roofing Superintendent

Job Description:

Our Roofing Superintendent provides direct supervision for all field personnel and construction projects,
handles field problem solving and project decision–making and maintains project schedules and
manpower. They communicate daily with project managers to resolve construction issues and provide
progress updates, as needed. The ability to see the big picture and hone in on the small details, is a
must.

Job Duties & Requirements:

  • 10+ years of roofing experience & previous experience as a foreman and/or superintendent,
    preferred
     Knowledge of commercial roofing systems: low–sloped to include single–ply & built–up roof
    systems and steep–sloped to include shingle & metal.
  • General construction knowledge to include basic carpentry skills, preferred
  •  Ability to coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower for multiple projects at one time
  •  Ability to communicate effectively with lower–level supervisors and field personnel
  •  Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Communicate staffing needs to the HR dept., as well as conduct interviews and make hiring
    decisions in coordination with management
  • Experience operating all types of construction equipment –crane certification a plus
  •  Must be team–oriented with a strong drive to succeed
  • Understands and implements safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
  •  Valid driver’s license and cleaning driving record, required
  • Willingness to travel
HVAC Tech Installer

Job Description:

Our HVAC/sheet metal installers are craftsman that enjoy working with their hands, taking on projects
both big and small and providing excellent service to our customers. While we do value experience, we
are also willing to train the right candidate.

Job Duties & Requirements:

  • Perform installation of HVAC related equipment following company policies and manufacture’s
    specifications.
  • Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems.
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Operate machinery, as needed. Will train.
  • Carpentry skills, preferred
  • Read & interpret shop drawings
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
  •  Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work as a team and succeed as a team
Architectural Sheet Metal

Job Description:

Our architectural sheet metal installers are craftsman that enjoy working with their hands, taking on
projects both big and small and providing excellent service to our customers. While we do value
experience, we are also willing to train the right candidate.

Job Duties & Requirements:

  • Installation of Roll Form and ACM metal panels
  •  Install substrate systems, coping and roof edge
  •  Use of hand and power tools
  • Operate machinery, as needed. Will train.
  • Carpentry skills, preferred
  • Read & interpret shop drawings
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
  •  Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Commercial Roofer

Job Duties & Requirements:

  • Installation of various types of rubber roofing materials & detail work
  • Perform roof tear offs, including the removal of rock
  • Climb ladders and scaffolding for roof access
  • Move or fit heavy objects
  • Apply adhesives, caulking, sealants and coatings
  •  Ability to work in varying weather conditions
  •  Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Plumber

Job Description:

Our plumbers are craftsman that enjoy working with their hands, taking on projects both big and small
and providing excellent service to our customers. While we do value experience, we are also willing to
train the right candidate.

Job Duties & Requirements:

  • Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures in commercial
    construction
  • Install mechanical piping, equipment and systems associated with commercial construction
  • Install PVC, copper, PEX, ProPress, threaded and grooved pipe
  • Interpret drawings, submittals and specifications
  • Layout and plan for the tasks ahead on a daily basis
  • Follow Uniform Plumbing Code and install all systems per specifications
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous plumbing experience preferred, but not required
  • Journeyman or Master License is an asset
  • Certification in all aspects of welding is an advantage
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a team and succeed as a team
Mechanic

Job Description:

The Automotive & Equipment Mechanic is responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of
vehicles and equipment, to include: inspecting and repairing vehicles, light trucks and various
equipment (in the shop and on job–site if needed), shop maintenance, and maintenance of all company
equipment. Candidate will be expected to help out in the warehouse when they are not working on
vehicles and/or equipment.

  • Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventative
    maintenance

    breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance
  • Ability to utilize resources to troubleshoot issues.
  • Other duties as the Operations Manager sees fit
